EACH DAY LIQUID CAPSULE CONTAINS: Zinc (as Zinc Citrate dihydrate) 12mg; Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurea) equiv. fresh herb 5g.

EACH NIGHT LIQUID CAPSULE CONTAINS:  Zinc (as Zinc Citrate dihydrate) 6mg; Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurea) equiv. fresh herb 2.5g; Valerian (Valerian Officinalis) ext. equiv. dry root 1g.

DIRECTIONS: It is important to begin at the first sign of a cold.
Adults:
DAY DOSAGE: Take one ‘Day’ Cold Relief liquid capsule every three to four hours during the day.
NIGHT DOSAGE: take two ‘Night’ Cold Relief liquid capsules half an hour before bedtime. Take a maximum of three ‘Day’ capsules and two ‘Night’ capsules per day or as professionally prescribed.

Children 6-12 years:
DAY DOSAGE: Take one ‘Day’ Cold Relief liquid capsule in the morning.
NIGHT DOSAGE: Take one ‘Night’ Cold Relief liquid capsule half an hour before bedtime. Take a maximum of one ‘Day’ capsule and one ‘Night’ capsule per day or as professionally prescribed.
