EACH NIGHT CAPSULE CONTAINS: Dried Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurea) equiv. fresh herb 1.25g; Andrographis (Andrographis Paniculata) ext. equiv. dry leaf 500mg; Elderberry (Sambucus Nigra) ext. equiv. dry fruit 500mg; Valerian (Valerian Officinalis) ext. equiv. dry root 1g.

DIRECTIONS: It is important to begin at the first sign of flu symptoms.
Adults:
DAY DOSAGE: Take one ‘Day’ liquid capsule very two to three hours during the day.
NIGHT DOSAGE:Take two ‘Night’ liquid capsules half an hour before bedtime.
Take a maximum of six ‘Day’ capsules and two ‘Night’ capsules per day, or as professionally prescribed.

Children 6-12 years:
DAY DOSAGE: Take one ‘Day’ liquid capsule every four to six hours during the day.
NIGHT DOSAGE: Take one ‘Night’ liquid capsule half an hour before bedtime.
Take a maximum of three ‘Day’ capsule and one ‘Night’ Capsule per day, or as professionally prescribed.
