EACH DAY CAPSULE CONTAINS: Zinc (as sulfate) 12 mg; Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 245mg; Echinacea Purpurea equiv. fresh herb 2g; Salix Alba (White willow) ext. equiv. fresh stem bark 1.2g; Sambucus nigra (Black elderberry) ext. equiv. dry fruit 1.5g.

EACH NIGHT CAPSULE CONTAINS: Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 40mg; Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) ext. equiv. dry root 1.33g; Echinacea Purpurea equiv. fresh herb 1g; Salix Alba (White willow) ext. equiv. fresh stem bark 334mg.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

DIRECTIONS: It is important to begin at the first sign of a cold or flu.
Adults:
DAY DOSAGE: Take 1 Cold & Flu ‘Day’ capsule very 3-4 hours during the day for 6 days. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.
NIGHT DOSAGE: Take 1-2 Cold & Flu ‘Night’ capsules at bedtime.

Children 6-12 years:
DAY DOSAGE: Take 1 Cold & Flu ‘Day’ liquid capsule at the first signs of symptoms.
Do not exceed 1 capsule per day.
NIGHT DOSAGE: Take 1 Cold & Flu ‘Night’ liquid capsule at bedtime.
