DIRECTIONS: It is important to begin taking at the first sign of symptoms. For best results, take prior to exposure to allergens.
Adults:
DAY: Take 1 DAY capsule 3 times a day with food.
NIGHT: Take 1-2 NIGHT capsules an hour before bedtime.

Children 9-12 years:
DAY: Take 1 DAY capsule a day with food.
NIGHT: Take 1 NIGHT capsule an hour before bedtime.
